Cooking Class at the Basque Museum in Boise
The Basque Museum & Cultural Center in Boise has put together a cooking class open to the public.
When: Thursday, January 19, 2012 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Where: Basque Museum & Cultural Center 611 Grove Street
Who: Instructor for the class is Mara Davis, Director of Boiseko Ikastola, the Language Immersion Preschool
Menu: Jamon-wrapped Asparagus
Basque Style Roasted Vegetables
Clams and Rice with Chorizo Pamplona
Chocolate Surprise Dessert
Cost: $25 for Museum Members (all are welcome to join!)
$30 for non-members
