Meet Me Monday
Meet Me Monday is a new grassroots community movement for health and wellness supported by Saint Alphonsus and Bandanna Running & Walking. Beginning Monday, June 11, every Monday evening (rain or shine, holidays too), everyone is invited to go for a walk, run, or stroll or roll in downtown Boise on a 1 mile, 2 mile or 3.75 mile course. This route includes many of the ‘greatest hits’ in landmarks, restaurants, retailers, cultural hotspots, and scenic views that Boise has to offer.
5:15 – 6:00 Meet at Beside Bardenay. Start the route anytime.
Drawings & prizes around 6:45.
Incentives will be awarded for participation
Raffle prizes drawn every week
Discounts offered at many participating local businesses
It’s FREE!!!
A fun way to connect with old and new friends, and get some exercise
