15-year old Basque exchange student needs a host family for the 2016/2017 school year
Xabier, a 15 old boy from the Basque Country, is looking to be placed with a host family for the 2016-2017 school year. Angie Day, a local coordinator for the non-profit exchange organization Council on International Educational Exchange, is helping him with the process.
Xabier says:
Hello, my name is Xabier. I live in a small city with my parents and my sister. I speak Spanish but my mother tongue is Basque. I have plenty of friends, they consider me a funny boy because of my sense of humour. I am a positive and cheerful boy. I like soccer, it’s my favourite sport, I like cycling, listening to music and playing PS4. I like travelling too; last year we went to London for Easter. For summer holidays, we visited Paraguay and Iguazu falls, in Brazil. And this year, in May, I will visit Paris together with my French classmates.”
If you would like more information on Xabier, please contact Angie Day at angie@cieetreasurevalley.org, or 208-409-2868.
