Starting today and over the next several weeks, the City will conduct a public process to consider the prohibitions and to gather additional input from Boise residents. This is your chance to make your voice heard.

PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, Council Chambers –- City staff will conduct a presentation on the proposed ordinances and receive comments from residents, bar owners and other stakeholders.

COUNCIL WORK SESSION
4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, Bonneville Room –- The Mayor and Council will review comments from the stakeholders meeting and provide direction on any suggested changes to the proposed ordinances.

PUBLIC HEARING
6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, Council Chambers –- Mayor and Council will conduct a public hearing on the ordinances.

The Council has not yet set proposed dates for a final vote on or implementation of the ordinances.

Do you think is a bad idea to propose the building of a Smoke Shop downtown, at the Boise Hole location?
