FEVA (Federation of Basque Argentinian Entities) has compiled a series of links and resources to useful material in connection with HABE‘s (Institute for Adult Literacy and Basque Learning) certification levels. The information is in Basque or Spanish.
Here, you can download exam descriptions and scales for each level, and here, you have HABE’s curriculum with each level’s descriptions and content (1st level: 39-51 pages / 2nd level: 56-63 pages / 3rd level: 68-75 pages).
