A Basque in Bilbao

That’s right! For the next few weeks, A Basque in Boise will be enjoying some time off with her friends and family in Bilbao until San Inazio rolls around at the end of July, when I’ll come back to volunteer at the beer booth and play on the Women’s Pala Tournament.

I highly doubt that I’ll disappear completely from the blog – I still owe you guys Aitor Inarra’s interview – but I promise to give you a breather from daily posts. I’m going to focus on all the people I can’t see during the year. I’m planning my days around coffee with people, wines with people, food with people, ciders with people, shopping with people, concerts with people… You get my drift.

It will be nice escaping briefly from everyday life and its usual suspects to shake things up a bit instead. Hopefully, there will be many fun stories to share once I return.
