Did you have something you wanted to run by Boise’s Mayor Bieter? Now it’s your chance
Whether you’d like to give your opinion on a certain government issue, weight in on what could make Boise an even better place to live, or simply want the chance to meet the man, listen up. Mayor Dave Bieter will be available to the public later this week and early the following week.
On Saturday, October 2oth, Mayor Bieter will take his Saturday Office Hours on the road to the Hillcrest Neighborhood Library. From from 9 a.m. to noon, he will meet visitors on a first-come basis for 10 minutes each to discuss any topic related to city government. Some people just stop by to say hello or bring their children along.
If the weekend doesn’t work for you, you are invited to join him when Meet Me Monday hosts a special Walk with the Mayor. Meet Me Monday is a weekly community walk/run sponsored by St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and Bandana Running and Walking. Starting in Old Boise at Sixth and Main streets, participants can do a one-, two- or 3.2-mile walk or run through downtown.
