In other cities, dogs get away from their owners or people temporarily lose control of their kids at the supermarket or the Mall.
A few days ago, the Idaho Statesman reported an incident where a mountain lion jumped a fence and attacked a dog. He is still at large and has the population of Boise on their toes. Then this morning, I heard on the radio that a bunch of horses are running wild on Overland Road and Phillippi Street.
Idaho. We are different.
